Are my results private?
While survey results may be publicized, the names or any other personal information will remain private. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.

How long does it take to receive payment?
Please allow four to six weeks to receive your payment.

Does every survey come with a payment?
While most surveys offer cash payments, some surveys may not. Please read the instruction on the survey page to see what kind of payment is being offered. Some surveys may offer coupons or discounts on Web sites purchases.

Why do I need to give my e-mail address?
Your e-mail address is required so that we can send you notifications of surveys. You will also use it, along with a password you create, to log in to the site.

Why do I need to give my mailing address?
We require a mailing address in order to send payments. If you move, please remember to update your membership information. Your information will be kept secure.

Why do I need to give personal information like my marital status and age?
Surveys are often sent only to people who meet specific demographic criteria. Please complete your membership information as accurately as possible so that you receive the surveys that are right for you.

Can I take a survey more than one time?
No. Each member may only complete a particular survey one time. Any attempts for the same member taking a survey more than one time will be ignored.
