Kelly Research has developed its Web site to provide a forum for panel surveys which it hopes to carry out for its clients with your assistance. You must not use this Web site or participate in any of the panel surveys if you do not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy.

The Information We Collect And Updating Your Profile
Personal information is only collected when you register to become a Kelly Research panel member and take part in the panel surveys on this Web site. You are able to update and amend your personal information at any time by logging into the site with your personal username and password and accessing your profile page.

Kelly Research may, if necessary, contact you to validate your responses given in the panel survey but it will never question your responses or your reasons for them.

1. Purposes For Which We Use Information About Our Survey Participants
Kelly Research only collects information about you in order for you to participate in the panel surveys on its Web site and so that Kelly Research can process, analyze, and report on the results of the panel surveys. Personal information provided to Kelly Research by you while participating in panel surveys will only be accessible to its staff. It will not be able to be used by any third party to identify you nor will your participation in the panel surveys adversely affect you in any way.

More specifically Kelly Research uses your name, mailing address, and e-mail address:

  • to invite you to participate in further surveys;
  • to send any payments to you;
  • to contact you should it need to validate any of your responses; and
  • to provide to you, where available and where you have requested, the aggregate results of the survey and any associated reports.
Kelly Research uses your contact information and demographic information (such as gender) and other responses given in the panel surveys to analyze the responses from all participants to the panel surveys and determine whether or not any trends amongst participants emerge. Kelly Research will never use your data for direct marketing purposes.

2. Passing On Information About You
Kelly Research will be disclosing the information obtained from you to Kelly Michener, Inc. and its clients who will only use this information for market research purposes. Kelly Research may disclose the information obtained from you to third parties to assist us to carry out market research and to process, analyze and report on the results of the panel surveys. In certain circumstances, Kelly Research's clients, or a mutually acceptable representative, may observe a limited number of interviews for the purpose of checking quality and data preparation. In certain cases, such as panels or situations where you might be known to (or be in subsequent contact with) Kelly Research's client or its representative, it will only do so with your prior agreement. Any such observers will be bound by the provisions of the US or European market research code of conduct, regarding the strict preservation of your anonymity. Kelly Research will only publish or report on aggregated or group results of panel surveys. It will never publish or report on individual responses. Kelly Research may disclose information about you in connection with legal proceedings or potential legal proceedings or if otherwise permitted to do so by law.

Keeping information about you secure is very important to Kelly Research. Kelly Research has appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information.
